Last updated: 16 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Prosper AI Private Limited, operating its ZenOrbit Solutions venture, collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

Prosper AI Private Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services. Our contact details are on the Contact page.

2. What data we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name, when you book a call, email us or complete a form.
  • Engagement information — details about your business, systems and requirements that you share with us so we can provide services.
  • Billing information — billing name, address, tax registration details and invoice records.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page and pages visited.
  • Usage data — how you navigate the site, collected in aggregate for analytics.

Information from client systems

During an engagement we may be given access to your systems, repositories or data, which may contain personal data relating to your own users or employees. We process that data only as necessary to perform the agreed services, under the terms of our engagement and any data processing agreement in place.

3. Why we collect it

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Payment data

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Card numbers, UPI credentials, net banking credentials and similar payment details are collected and processed directly by that processor and are not stored on our systems. We receive only the transaction outcome and the information needed to issue an invoice and maintain our accounting records.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • Service providers — payment processing, email, cloud hosting, scheduling and accounting, each bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisers — accountants and legal advisers where required.
  • Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

6. Data storage and transfers

Data is stored on infrastructure operated by reputable cloud providers. Some providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, and we comply with applicable requirements on cross-border transfer and data localisation.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements — up to 12 months.
  • Client records and correspondence — for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards.
  • Financial and tax records — for the period required by Indian law, currently 8 years.
  • Client system access — revoked on completion of the engagement.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted credential handling and the principle of least privilege. No system is completely secure, but we take this seriously — it is the substance of the work we do for clients.

9. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function, and privacy-respecting aggregate analytics that do not track individuals across sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure of your data, where we have no continuing legal basis to retain it
  • Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing
  • A copy of your data in a portable format
  • Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent
