About ZenOrbit Solutions

ZenOrbit Solutions is the AI consultancy and software engineering venture of Prosper AI Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U62099PN2025PTC248255).

We help established businesses find where their operations are losing time, money and productivity — and replace those processes with automation that actually works. Most businesses buy AI tools before knowing which problem they should solve. We start from the opposite end: understand the business first, then decide what technology belongs in it.

We also run a specialist practice taking applications built with AI coding tools — Lovable, Bolt, Replit and Claude Code — and making them safe to operate with real users: access control, data isolation, secrets handling, monitoring and infrastructure.

Who we work with

Established service businesses with proven revenue — consulting firms, SaaS companies, professional-service practices and agencies — that are struggling to scale because their operations are manual, team-dependent or heavily dependent on the founder.

We are not a fit for businesses at the idea stage, companies without stable operations, or anyone looking only for cheap AI tools to try out. Where we do not believe an engagement is worth doing, we say so rather than billing to find out.

How we are different

Most AI consultants begin by recommending tools. We begin by understanding the business problem.

We do not ask which AI tool you want. We ask where your business is losing time, money and manpower — then work backwards to the smallest change that fixes it. That approach is business-first, ROI-focused and implementation-ready, and it is why our recommendations tend to be unglamorous and tend to pay for themselves.

The practice is led by Niilesh Tompe, who brings over 20 years of enterprise automation and engineering experience, including six years delivering to clients in the United States across IBM, Infosys, Capgemini and Cybage.

How we work

Engagements are scoped and priced before work begins. We start with a short assessment, deliver a written plan you keep regardless of what you do next, and only then build. Where we do not believe a project is worth doing, we say so rather than billing to find out.

We work remotely with clients in India and internationally, with daily working overlap across UK, European and US East Coast business hours.
